Sergio Perez is impressed by Formula 1 as they continue to explore new venues outside Europe, with the reintroduction of Chinese Grand Prix being the most recent move. F1 in recent years have started adding new racetracks in the calendar, including three racetracks from United States itself. They have been replacing traditional tracks that are not producing good races with diverse locations.

Sergio Perez thinks that visiting other locations where F1 is prioritized by its supporters is always beneficial. The Mexican driver continued by saying that everyone has seen Formula 1’s rise to become a global sport. Perez continued by stating that the sport is growing beyond its European origins and he sees it as the path for a bright future for f1.

I think it's always nice to go to places where the sport is the priority for the people, We've seen over the years that in this area it keeps growing and we have to remember that at the end of the day Formula 1 is a worldwide sport that we might race in Saudi, but a lot of people around the world are watching us. So, I think it's good that it's expanding from Europe.
Sergio Perez said via RN365.

In the past, Formula 1 was dominated by European races. However, as it gained global popularity, the races have become more geographically diverse. While Europe still holds the majority at 42%, the rest of the world is part of the action as well. North and South America combined accounts to 25% of the races. The remaining 33% of races are spread across Australia and Asia.
