Max Verstappen, according to rumors have an exit clause in his contract It is not very uncommon for drivers to add an exit clause in their contract as it allows them, to leave the team at any point during their ongoing contract. But the close supposedly having a Helmut Marko provision is shocking. Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez, amidst the drama was asked by the media about the clause. He confirmed that he no idea about and asserted that the Dutchman is fully committed to Red Bull.
I don't know what clause Max has in his contract I think is best to ask him. As far as I know he has a contract and fully committed with the team and the rest I think it's not for me to comment.Sergio Perez said.

Sergio Perez on the other hand has entered in the last year of his contract with the Milton-Kynes-based team. There are multiple prospects as to whether the team will replace him or not. The team has decided to wait until summer break to make a decision regarding the future of Perez at Red Bull, so Verstappen’s contract isn’t Perez’s concern right now.
Sergio Perez believes the team would be in shambles if Max Verstappen were to leave
Red Bull is still going through turmoil which the team had expected to end by the start of March. The controversy surrounding the team principal, and the team advisor’s possible future move to Mercedes, has led to unrest within the team. While asked about his opinion on the matter, the second Red Bull driver Sergio Perez said that the team will be greatly affected by Verstappen’s potential departure.
Right now, the dynamic, everyone in the team is working really well together, the whole engineering group is really united. You can see that on track in how efficient we’ve been in the last years. I don’t see any reason to change it. It would obviously be a blow for the team if Max were to leave.Sergio Perez said.
The team is currently going through internal politics and a power struggle. The racing team has been trying to go over through the Austrian team for some time now. Nothing is fixed as of this moment, but the team principal Christian Horner is still not out of the waters, as the female employee has filed a complaint at the FIA. Max Verstappen is definitely the winning factor of the team, and his leave would perhaps lead to the downfall of the team.
