Max Verstappen has been inevitable in the 2022 season. He has mainly conquered all the tracks and skills a driver could possibly have. But one thing the driver lacked was to perform on street level. Though he won two out of the four street races, Max still lacked behind his teammate if only the points are seen on the performance of a street circuit.

Verstappen started P8 in Singapore after a confusing end to his qualifying with his teammate and rival starting P1 and P2. Max was expected to get the lead halfway through the race as he did on multiple occasions this season. But anyway the driver did lack a bit of his top form under the night sky of Singapore.

Anyhow, Max did again a lot of position and was in the top 5 but a huge lockup took away the work he did and the only thing left was his fight for the P8 position. The lock-up almost chased him a puncture and the tyre marks are still witnessed on the streets of Singapore.
