Dave Robson gives out positive feedback on the Willaims car. Nicholas Latifi, after an unfortunate contact with the walls on the hairpin turn, managed to finish 15th, Alex Albon saw a DNF but gave great insights into his pace on the intermediates.

It was an overall success for the team in terms of pace, and Robson stays optimistic for the time ahead. Williams is last on the constructor’s championship table, with the new entry of Alex Albon, the team hoped for a great pair between the two drivers fighting for much more than some bare points. Which hasn’t been into existence yet but the top man at Williams shares his thought on the weekend in Monaco. He goes on with the difficulties the team faced with the tyres during the Monaco GP.

“In Monaco the car behaved pretty well. It’s still a little bit tricky with the tyres, but that’s probably the same for everyone and clearly any extra downforce you’ve got does you no harm,” Robson said.

Dave Robson clarifies the upgrades to their FW44 have been on terms more often, and they are planning to bring a few of them in the next possible races. But the team still doesn’t know when would be the extract weekend they would bring the upgrades in the car.

“There’s some good directions and bits that definitely would make the car faster, but we’re still just weighing up exactly when to commit that to manufacture.” said Robson.

Driver Line ups for William is still a matter of concern for the coming time, with Nyck De Vries in rumours to possible take over Latifi’s seat is still a major thing the team needs to come out with. Alex Albon has been phenomenal with his car and has already managed to bring 3 points into the team bag.
