Lewis Hamilton has had a pretty challenging start to the season which has seen him slip to seventh in the championship with a humbling total of 27 points. The seven time world championship has not been able to get going this season as he lacked that cutting edge. The porpoising issues with the W-13 are not helping his cause but when we see George Russell deliver the kind of performances, it’s difficult to put all the blame on the car.

The seven time world champion had a terrible weekend in Imola as he was unable to get past Pierre Gasly after trying his level best and could only manage to finish P13. The frustration was there for everyone to see as he was evidently struggling to get that W-13 fired up. Toto Wolff even apologized to last year runner’s up for not providing him with a not so competitive car. But it felt like he was trying to motivate him more than anything else.

Lewis Hamilton in a very honest interview after the race said, “A weekend to forget, that’s for sure.

“I’m out of it, for sure. There’s no question about that, but I’ll still keep working as hard as I can to try and somehow pull it back together somehow.”

Toto Wolff after the race said, “We are not good enough for a world champion, not worthy for a world champion. We just need to fix the car,” as quoted by skysports.

But it seems like Lewis Hamilton has put the struggles behind him as the carnival moves to Miami for the city’s inaugural GP. The seven time world champion was seen to be enjoying his time on the golf course with Tom Brady. The two came together to play for a cause. The duo absolutely enjoyed their time as they both put their driving to the test.

Lewis Hamilton might have had a challenging start to the season but we know the quality that the seven time world champion possesses and Miami GP might be the race where he gets it all back on track.
