Just like every year, the Formula 1 off-season following the 2023 Championship battle has been a painful time for all the motorsports fans. With no Grands Prix in the weekends to look out for, the F1 enthusiasts have been relegated to looking out for some updates on their favorite racers on social media to pass their time until the new season kicks off in March, 2024. But, to the massive joy of the Tifosis who have been waiting to see one of the Ferrari recruits back in action behind the wheel of their racecars, Charles Leclerc has been spotted in the Scuderia cockpit.

For the first few weeks following last season’s F1 grand finale in Abu Dhabi, Charles Leclerc, like the other Formula 1 drivers, was enjoying his time away from the racetracks. The Monegasque was joined by his friends group which includes his trainer Andrea and his other mates Joris Trouche, Riccardo Beretta, Hugo Micallef, Nico Noaro, and Thomas Cretot. But now, Leclerc is back in Maranello, where the headquarters of Ferrari are situated, so that he can try his hands at their new challenger for the 2024 season.

Charles Leclerc and his teammate Carlos Sainz deemed as the root to Ferrari’s problems by Schumacher

6-time F1 Grand Prix winner Ralf Schumacher is very much connected to the sport despite retiring from it in 2007. The younger brother of legendary Ferrari racer Michael Schumacher has always been interested in the Scuderia’s performance, which has reached an all-time low in the recent seasons. The last time Ferrari won a Constructors’ title, it was the 2008 F1 season. And the last time a Ferrari racer listed the Drivers’ Championship trophy was in 2007 when Kimi Raikkonen attained the honor.

Ever since 2007, the Tifosis have been waiting to see one of the Ferrari drivers get to the topmost spot in the Standings. But according to Ralf Schumacher, their current line-up is a major problem for the Scuderia.

Both drivers (Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz)…you never know what they’ll do: they’re leading a race, they spin off or they’re crashing – not really into each other but making silly mistakes, which very often surprises me.
Ralf Schumacher said, as reported by PlanetF1.

In other news, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz have been applauded by 2008 F1 Championship runner-up Felipe Massa. The Brazilian said Ferrari have the perfect drivers working for them, but the team need to step up their game in order to get a better result that brings them closer to winning a World Championship title.
