Charles Leclerc is going through a mediocre F1 season at the Ferrari team. While dealing with several issues with the SF-23, he was spotted in Ferrari’s garage at the 24 Le Mans event. The pinnacle of motor racing has not got any race lined up for this week, and thus, the Monegsque has taken the time to support Ferrari’s Le Mans team.
Charles Leclerc is a world-renowned personality and has always been interested in other racing categories. Seeing him at the Le Mans event will surely boost the Ferrari outfit at the event. While the Italian outfit’s 2023 F1 campaign is becoming difficult, Leclerc and Co. would at least like to see some success for the team in the other racing categories.
Moreover, nothing comes near the kind of history and prestige that the Le Mans event holds. The endurance event has been around since 1923 and has only gained more stardom with the passage of time. Like Leclerc, many other F1 drivers are also fans of the event and have turned up for it in the past years.
While several F1 drivers love the endurance event, over the years, there have been quite a few drivers who have even dared to take part in it. Former Ferrari driver, Fernando Alonso has also previously taken part in the competition and has even managed to triumph in it. Nico Hulkenberg is also one who has managed to do the same.
Charles Leclerc has got to pull up his socks during the 2023 F1 season

While Charles Leclerc is making the most of the time off from the pinnacle of motor racing, he should not forget that he has an uphill battle in front of him during the ongoing season. As things stand, he is currently behind his teammate in the Drivers standings and has got a bit of catching up to do.
However, despite being behind his teammate, the bigger cause of concern for him is the up-and-down performance output of the SF-23. Ferrari had an extremely potent car during the 2022 campaign, but this year, the car lacks raw pace in comparison to the lights of Mercedes, Aston Martin, and the mighty Red Bull team.
Charles Leclerc is currently on 42 points in the standings, but luckily for him and Ferrari, there are several races still left on the 2023 F1 calendar. The Italian outfit has still got time to catch up to the teams like Aston Martin and Mercedes, but the bigger question is whether they would be able to do so.
