Formula 1 world’s current break in the racing season seems to be just an excuse for all the drivers to engage a little in their love life away from the race tracks. While Esteban Ocon has been spotted by several fans touring in Venice with his new girlfriend Flavy Barla, Pierre Gasly has been seen enjoying his holidays with Kika Cerqueira. But F1’s Champion couple Max Verstappen and Kelly Piquet recently took it up one notch as they shared a picture of them dancing and kissing on the streets on New Year’s Eve.
Recently, Kelly Piquet shared updates on her tour to Switzerland with boyfriend Max Verstappen and daughter Penelope Kvyat. Penelope is Kelly’s daughter from her previous relationship with Daniil Kvyat, a former Red Bull driver. Kelly indicated that they would be spending two weeks in the mountains, and will enjoy the New Year’s Eve in Gstaad with their friends.
And now, Kelly Piquet has shared some magical photos from her New Year’s party with Max. She could be seen in a beautiful black mid-length bodycon dress while Max wore a white-and-blue-jeans ensemble. Judging by the photos, the couple shared some sweet minutes as they took to the streets of their Swiss tour destination and kissed in public. The viral snaps have made all the F1 fans declared Kelly Piquet and Max Verstappen as absolute relationship goals.
Kelly Piquet entered into a scuffle with an internet troll over her wedding with Max Verstappen
Kelly Piquet and Max Verstappen were in Brazil in the weeks after the end of the F1 2023 season for Kelly’s half-brother Pedro’s wedding. At the end of the ceremony, the bride, Bella Salvati, tossed her wedding bouquet and Kelly Piquet did not catch it. Going by the Christian traditions, had Kelly caught the bouquet, she would have been next in line for marriage. And it would be perfect since she has been dating Max Verstappen for a long time. But Max was seen celebrating Kelly’s failure to catch a wedding bouquet.
The fans commented on Max Verstappen being happy he would not have to marry Kelly Piquet anytime soon. Kelly Piquet took notice of these online exchanges and in the comments section of one of the fan-posted videos, she fired off at a troll claiming that the clip is doctored and is not true.
On the work front, Max Verstappen is scheduled to appear for Red Bull at the season-opening race of 2024 on March 2. But Red Bull have not yet revealed the date when they will be unveiling their challenger for the upcoming year.
