At only 26 years of age, Max Verstappen has achieved some of the feats that fans would have thought impossible at his age. The Dutchman catapulted to success in Red Bull ever since his debut year with them, and currently holds three World Championship titles in Formula 1. As the son of former F1 racer Jos Verstappen, Max has only taken the legacy of his family forward as he has successfully demolished Lewis Hamilton‘s reign in the pinnacle of motorsports in 2021.

Owing to all of Max Verstappen’s achievements, he might come off as a ruthlessly competitive person who drives at thunderous speeds to get the top spot in the grid. But when he is off the tracks, Max loves goofing around, and he did just that during one of his interviews. When Max and Sergio Perez were at a podcast, speaking about their times on and off the race track, the interviewer asked the current F1 World Championship winner how many languages he manages to speak.

As a Formula 1 racer, Max Verstappen has to travel several places for his Grands Prix, and most of the F1 drivers are conversant in more than one languages because of their work. In Max’s case, he is fluent in Dutch, his mother tongue, and also English. But when asked about the number of languages he manages to speak, he gave a very cheeky response.

Max Verstappen has been dating Kelly Piquet, the Brazilian model and daughter of former three-time Championship-winning F1 racer Nelson Piquet, since 2020. The Vogue Netherlands cover model was previously in a relationship with Toro Rosso and Red Bull driver Daniil Kvyat, with whom she has a daughter. But now, Kelly and Max seem to be growing even closer as they just spent the winter holidays together in the mountains in Switzerland. And they ushered in the new year with a few close friends at a New Year’s Eve party.

At the party, Kelly Piquet turned up in a gorgeous mid-length body-hugging black dress that had accents of silver while Max Verstappen went more casual in a simple white shirt and a pair of jeans. Kelly posted photos from their perfect holiday outing on her Instagram story. She even posted a sweet snap showing Max kissing her on the streets of Gstaad, Switzerland. The picture has gone viral now and all the fans have poured in with their wholesome comments.

On the work front, Max Verstappen is scheduled to appear for Red Bull at the season-opening race of 2024 on March 2. But Red Bull have not yet revealed the date when they will be unveiling their challenger for the upcoming year.
