WATCH: Max Verstappen ‘hopes’ 2023 season was not his peak form as a Formula 1 racer
Max Verstappen has talked about how he feels he is yet to uncap his full racing potential in Formula 1 despite having already won three World Championships till date.

Max Verstappen debuted in the world of Formula 1 when he was merely a 17-year-old. The Dutchman, during his formative years as a karting Champion as well as a car racer, had already impressed the authorities at Red Bull and thus, they had taken him under their wing. Within his first few months in F1, while Max Verstappen was doing a stint at Scuderia Toro Rosso, he caught the eye of Helmut Marko and Christian Horner and they offered him a place at the main Red Bull team.
Since then, Max Verstappen has enjoyed a long and immensely fruitful stay at the Austrian outfit. In his 6 years of being an F1 racer, he has already collected three World Championship titles by challenging contemporary stalwarts like Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc. Such has been the utter dominance of Verstappen that he won 19 out of the 22 Grands Prix that were held in 2023.
With the very apparent prowess that Max Verstappen has displayed in his last few years, it has been said time and again that the Dutchman is currently enjoying his peak years in F1 and it will be difficult for his rivals like Hamilton to defeat him. But Max himself believes that he has not yet reached his peak as he is only 26 years of age.
Max Verstappen has revealed whether he likes NFL in a recent Twitch session
As the post-2023 F1 season break has dragged too long and fans have been getting impatient for the new season to kickstart in March of this year, Max Verstappen has found the perfect way to serve his fans some content. He has taken to playing the F1 video game and he also streams those gaming sessions on his official Twitch account where he gets to interact with a few followers too.
During one of the Twitch streams, Max Verstappen was asked about his favorite NFL or National Football League team. Previously, his former teammate Daniel Ricciardo has professed his love for NFL and his arch-rival Lewis Hamilton even owns some stakes in the NFL team called Denver Broncos. But Max said that he never understood the rules of American football, and thus he is not a fan of any NFL team.
In other news, Max Verstappen’s girlfriend Kelly Piquet shared a picture of their two of them cozying up to each other on her Instagram wall. She wished the Dutch racer a happy Valentine’s day and Max replied to the post by professing his love for Kelly. However, the couple have had to spend the Valentine’s Day apart since Max has returned to Red Bull’s headquarters for testing the RB-20 while Kelly has her own modeling commitments to fulfill.
