Dutchman Max Verstappen is an active gamer and takes his hands on multiple sim-racing events apart from Formula 1. Recently the reigning world champion was made fun of by his Team Redline teammates for potentially gaining weight during the F1 winter break.
The 26-year-old had comments being passed about him having ‘tiddies’ due to the inactivity during the off-season. However, Verstappen did not have any of it as he asserted that it was actually muscle and not pure fat. The three-time world champion also asked his friend if something was wrong with him for making these derogatory comments.
What is wrong with you mate?..... It's called muscleVerstappen told his fellow Redline mates (H&T: @SCUDERIAFEMBOY/X).
However, following this mocking, his friends had other comments in their minds as well. The person further highlighted that it definitely wasn’t muscle and was simoly pure fat. Regardless, Verstappen renounced that he wasn’t fat and he had pure muscles despite the off-season shenanigans. However, the reigning world champion deserves to put on a few pounds due to the extraordinary performance displayed by him during the 2023 season.
Defintely not.....Im not- I'm not fat....

Max Verstappen produced uncertainty over replicating 2023 performance in the coming season
The Dutch driver single-handedly achieved a record-breaking season in the history of Formula 1. Hence, the pressures are high on Verstappen to potentially score a similar if not a better performance in the coming season. However, the team as well as the 26-year-old had talked about the unlikeliness of replicating a similar performance in 2023.
The world champion insisted that he had to manage his expectations moving ahead to the 2024 season. Hence, Verstappen claimed that it would be very hard to replicate the performance, however, he still did not give up and added that the Dutchman would try to score a similar season. Hence, as the team prepares for the challenges in the upcoming season, Verstappen aims to continue his winning streak in Formula 1.
It cannot always be like this[having a dominant season], I know that. The season we’ve had has been probably the best single-season performance in F1, in terms of stats and records. So I know that it will be very hard to try and do better than that.Verstappen told The Times.
The 2024 season would see a lot of teams come close to Red Bull in terms of performance, as displayed by the late 2023 season results. Hence, the season wouldn’t be as smooth sailing as 2023 for Milton Keynes and would be a banger for the fans worldwide. Anyhow, Red Bull prepares for their chassis reveal on 15th February, with the testing session just under a month away.
