WATCH: Max Verstappen takes the Red Bull RB-20 out on a completely drenched Silverstone track

The 2024 F1 season is about to be underway with just days before the start of pre-season testing. Red Bull will be the last time to officially reveal its challenger for the upcoming season. However, Max Verstappen has already done the shakedown of the new car at Silverstone. Now, the Dutch driver drove the new machinery in full wet conditions.
A clip surfaced on X that showcased Verstappen’s latest drive in the Red Bull RB-20. The three-time world champion comfortably pushed the car on a drenched track. Massive amounts of water were sprayed behind by Adrian Newey’s latest design. Certainly, the 2024 chassis will likely gain on its record-breaking predecessor from last season.
Red Bull will continue with the same livery as last season. The Milton Keynes-based team has run the same design since 2016 which has become a modern classic in the eyes of many. Max Verstappen had admitted that the RB-20 would not have a new livery on a live stream previously.

Will Max Verstappen dominate F1 behind the wheel of the RB-20?
Max Verstappen has dominated Formula 1 in recent years. The Dutch driver has achieved incredible success with Red Bull in the ground-effect era of the sport. The Milton Keynes-based team has had a massive advantage over its rivals because of its machinery. However, 2024 could be a challenging year for the Austrian squad.
Red Bull has developed the RB-20 for several months already. So much so, that Milton Keynes will shift its focus to the 2025 car soon. However, rivals including McLaren and Ferrari have worked extensively over the winter to catch Max Verstappen this season.
Nevertheless, Verstappen remains the favorite for the 2024 F1 season as he gets behind the wheel of the RB-20. The Dutch driver will be pushing the car to the limit over the course of the upcoming season. However, it remains to be seen if Max Verstappen can win another world title this year.
