Formula 1 is a sport that usually takes a very heavy toll on the bodies of not only the drivers but also the crew that supports the drivers. Additionally, the Briton highlighted that gyms are a very crucial part of such a job in any Formula 1 team. Hence, in the hotels and the places where the crew travels, the gym is a necessary activity required to be undertaken by the entire team to ensure their mental and physical fitness prior to any races.

Emmi Jones joining the Red Bull racing team is a very big achievement on its own. Additionally, the increasing female participation in the sport would benefit the sport greatly.
