The next names are Dorino Serafini (41 years, 43 days), Raymond Sommer (43 years, 263 days), Juan Manuel Fangio(5-time world champion) (44 years, 212 days), Piero Taruffi (44 years, 227 days), and Giuseppe Farina (45 years, 201 days).

All these people drove in their first race for Ferrari at a relatively advanced age. After the above-mentioned seven names, it is the soon-to-be Ferrari F1 driver, Lewis Hamilton. He will be 40 years old by the time the 2025 season kicks off.

Would Lewis Hamilton be able to win his record-breaking eighth world title with Ferrari?

Moreover, the bigger question that will require an answer would be whether Hamilton can fight for the world championship. At 40 years old, reflexes are bound to take a hit and thus, there could arise a scenario where he is seen struggling at Ferrari.

Lewis Hamilton has signed a multi-year deal with the Fred-Vasseur-led team and considering this, they will have their eyes glued on the performances of the former during the 2024 F1 season. Hamilton is currently tied for world championship with Ferrari legend, Michael Schumacher, they both have seven titles to their names.
