Nico Rosberg hails Lewis Hamilton for ‘carrying’ Mercedes for 12-long-years in F1
Nico Rosberg has applauded Lewis Hamilton for doing a mega job during his over a decade long career with the Brackley-based Mercedes team.

Lewis Hamilton after the culmination of the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has finally left Mercedes as a racing driver. This is still a bit unfathomable for his die-hard fans, who are spread all across the globe.
In light of this, the ex-Mercedes driver and 2016 world champion Nico Rosberg has praised the Brit. As per Rosberg, Hamilton did a mega job carrying the Brackley-based team during his over a decade-long career with them.

Hamilton drove for Mercedes from 2013 to the recently concluded 2024 F1 season. During this time, he amassed six drivers’ world championships alongside eight constructors titles. He will now move to Ferrari in pursuit of the record-breaking eighth world title.

While Nico Rosberg has showered huge praise on Lewis Hamilton for carrying Mercedes, the former is currently on his farewell tour. He recently visited the PETRONAS base in Kaula Lampur and interacted with the 1000-strong workforce there.
Hamilton’s Mercedes chapter will fully come to a close at the end of his ongoing farewell tour. Looking ahead, exciting times are in store for the seven-time world champion with the Maranello-based Ferrari F1 team.
The craze among the Tifosi is huge for the Brit’s upcoming arrival, and the streets in Maranello are going to get chock-a-block when Hamilton steps into the Ferrari factory. He will partner with the eight-time Grand Prix winner Charles Leclerc on the team from next year onwards.
