Sergio Perez shares heartfelt message over racing with Max Verstappen after Red Bull axe
Sergio Perez expressed his feelings over partnering Max Verstappen for four seasons after being ousted from Red Bull.

Red Bull has finally parted ways with Sergio Perez. The Mexican driver raced for Milton Keynes since the 2021 season alongside Max Verstappen. Now, as the 34-year-old bids farewell to the Austrian giant, he shares a few positive words for having Verstappen as his teammate.
Perez claimed that it had been an honor to have Max Verstappen be his teammate at Red Bull. The Dutch driver won all four of his Formula 1 world titles with Checo by his side. The Mexican driver was happy to share success with the 27-year-old during his time at Milton Keynes.
Sergio Perez thanked the entire team back at Red Bull Racing, be it the engineers or even catering and hospitality. The 34-year-old was undoubtedly sad to see his journey with the team come to an end earlier than anticipated.

Sergio Perez hints at F1 comeback ‘soon’
The Mexican driver thanked his passionate fanbase for cheering for him throughout his ups and downs at Red Bull. Checo reckoned that he will meet them again soon, hinting at a possible comeback in the near future. Perez further asserted that he was not giving up on his career.
Sergio Perez will not be on the grid in 2025 as all teams have finalized their driver line ups apart from Red Bull. Milton Keynes will soon be making an announcement over Checo’s replacement. Many expect Liam Lawson to fill in the shoes of the Mexican driver next year.
