Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton has a keen interest in Football. The seven-time world champion is good friends with the likes of Neymar Jr. and Daniel Alves. Moreover, the 39-year-old has supported Arsenal ever since his childhood days in English Football. As such, Hamilton expressed his joy seeing the ‘Gunners’ take the top step of the Premiere League table.
At a recent GQ event, the seven-time world champion was asked about his favorite Premiere League club. Lewis Hamilton swiftly mentioned Arsenal. The reporter questioned if the Mercedes star was happy with the results of the Gunners this season. Hamilton gained a smile on his face before he replied.
The 39-year-old claimed claimed that he was delighted by Arsenal’s performance. Lewis Hamilton went on to state that he had waited his whole life for the Gunners to lead the points table. Presently, Arsenal lead second-placed Manchester City by just a single point with a total of 80 points compared to 79 scored by City.

Lewis Hamilton creates second Instagram account to engage with fans
Lewis Hamilton is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in the sporting world currently. The British driver has a fanbase of millions across the world. The 39-year-old often tries interact with his followers on social media. Now, Hamilton has created a new Instagram account to get closer to his fans and talk about his various projects.
The account is named @indegoblack and gained over 115,000 followers within a span of days. Lewis Hamilton wrote in a post that he would talk about all his projects on the new account. Moreover, the seven-time world champion wanted to hear about the activities done by his fans as creating is a ‘community activity.’

Certainly, Lewis Hamilton is trying to further solidify his connection with fans through various initiatives. The 39-year-old has often expressed his interest in projects outside of Formula 1, including music.
