The 2024 F1 season is already seven rounds down and other than the usual top drivers at the front end of the grid, RB’s Yuki Tsunoda has also held his own in the midfield tussle! Tsunoda has surprised people up and down the paddock with his incredible consistency.

The VCARB 01 has progressed steadily in terms of development this year. While the challenger has been improving, so have been the performances of Yuki Tsunoda who has recently, credited his success to the work he has been putting in toward improving his physicality as an F1 driver!

The Japanese driver has so far managed to amass 15 points in the 2024 Drivers Championship.

Since the beginning of the 2024 F1 season, Tsunoda has had his teammate, Daniel Ricciardo‘s number! The former has proved the better driver on most occasions and has thus, even received appreciation from the Red Bull management.

While the Japanese driver is trying to build a body like Captain America, he managed to score a point in the challenging Emilia-Romagna GP. Tsunoda was on it from the very start of the race weekend and scored a much-deserved point for the RB outfit.

Moreover, after the end of the event, he admitted that he was happy with the result in Imola.

At the end of the day, I’m happy I scored a point in front of our home crowd and people who came from the factory. I think our start slightly compromised our race because we lost a couple of positions to Nico [Hulkenberg].

The 24-year-old has made it known that he did not get off to the best of starts during the 63-lap Imola race. However, the dust around the Italian weekend has now settled, and next up on the F1 calendar is the iconic Monaco GP. From Tsunoda’s perspective, it will be extremely important to put in a stellar performance during the qualifying for the main race!
