The latest Saturday Night’s Main Event featured Rhea Ripley’s first title defense since winning back the Women’s World Championship. She faced Nia Jax, and the two competitors actually put on quite a solid match. However, one particular moment from this bout had everyone on social media buzzing.

During the match, Jax found herself on the floor while Rhea Ripley grabbed her legs to work over her further. In an attempt to break free, the Samoan stretched out her arm and tried to grab the Eradicator. However, she ended up putting her hands right on the Australian’s rear end and grabbing it.

Overall, the women put on a spectacular match, which was arguably better than their face-off during the main event of Elimination Chamber 2024 in Perth, Australia. This match also featured some exciting spots, like Ripley delivering a crossbody to the outside and Jax hitting a pop-up Samoan Drop from the top rope.

The bout also featured a close fall when Jax hit the Annihilator, and fans thought that was it. However, Ripley fought back into the match and planted the Irresistible Force with her signature Riptide. She then went for the iconic thirst pin to win the match and retain her Women’s World Championship.

The wrestling world was taken aback after witnessing this moment between Nia Jax and Rhea Ripley. A netizen joked that the former WWE Women’s Champion just did what everyone wanted to do. Meanwhile, another social media user said that she was waiting for this day since the Eradicator gave her a Stinkface.

Social media users brought out their best memes in the comments section of this post. Many said that she had done it “for science.” Meanwhile, others posted the iconic meme of Dolph Ziggler, saying, “It should have been me.”

A social media user did mention that while she may have accidentally grabbed the wrong body part, Nia Jax could have been trying to communicate something important to her opponent. Perhaps the spot they were in was hurting for real, and she wanted Ripley to let go. Alternatively, maybe she wanted to move on to another sequence in the match or was communicating a different spot.
