Bayern Munich has been in the midst of a dream run as they completed a haul of 20 goals in a solitary week which is a rare feat for any professional football club. In what was a sequence of two Bundesliga affairs and one UCL clash, the Bavarians continued their dominion and showed no mercy whatsoever.
It started with a 6-1 drubbing of Holstein Kiel. In an away fixture, Bayern Munich were pitted against the technically undercooked Holstein Kiel and their attacking generals wasted no time whatsoever in pulling the strings. Jamal Musiala opened the scoring for them while Harry Kane followed suit. With Nicolai Remberg scoring an own goal, life just got easy for the visitors. Kane completed his hattrick while Michael Olise scored one to complete the rout.
The next victim of Bayern’s unstoppable run was Dinamo Zagreb. Opening their European nights for the season with a thumping display, Bayern ran the wheels over their Croatian counterparts without breaking a sweat. Kane fired home four goals while Olise netted a brace. Leroy Sane, Raphael Guerreiro and Leon Goretzka found the back of the net too.
The Bavarian rampage continued as they trampled over Werder Bremen in a heartbeat in their latest Bundesliga fixture. Olise scored another brace while Musiala, Kane and Serge Gnabry scored one goal apiece to make it a 5-o victory for Bayern.
