The tension between Drake and James has been apparent ever since the Ohio native decided to attend Lamar’s Pop Out: Ken and Friends concert in California. Since then, James has gone on to repost Lamar’s music multiple times, while also singing along to songs from the Compton rapper’s latest ‘GNX’ album. This has led to significant backlash from Drake, whose friendship with James was defined by his tattoos.

The 38-year-old rapper took aim at James in the lyrics of his iconic song Nonstop by switching them from praise for James to a diss towards him. If nothing else, this certainly drew the ire of NBA fans towards Drake.
