Slated to hit the theaters locally on November 27, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson‘s Moana 2 held its world premiere yesterday in Hawaii. Several WWE names were present, including Cody Rhodes. The Undisputed WWE Champion attended the red carpet event along with his daughter Liberty and wife, Brandi Rhodes. Cody took to X and posted some snippets.

Apart from him, Seth Rollins was also spotted in there with Becky Lynch, who’s been running absent from WWE since May. They posed with their daughter Roux. Another WWE entity, in fact, the company’s president, Nick Khan, made his presence felt as well. Khan grew up with The Rock in Hawaii. Moreover, Nick’s sister, Nahnatchka Khan, was the creator of NBC’s Young Rock—a show based on Johnson’s childhood.

With less than a week to go until Moana 2 is up for the general audience, the excitement is in the air. Dwayne Johnson and Auli’i Cravalho have reprised their respective roles of Maui and Moana in the animated sequel. The Walt Disney Studios’ film bears lots of promise after an overwhelming response to its trailer, which amassed a staggering 178 million views.

In the process, it became Disney’s highest-viewed animated movie trailer to date. Being in Hawaii, Johnson, better known to his wrestling fans as The Rock, has already begun shooting for Moana’s live-action adaptation. Recently, a photo from the movie’s set was leaked on social media.

The social media, especially X, came up with hilarious responses to Rhodes trespassing Rock’s hunting ground. First, there were those who adored Cody’s daughter, who was putting smiles on everyone’s faces with her naivety. Then came the WWE diehards at Cody with all their guns blazing, saying that he shouldn’t have flown to Rock’s own den.
