“Paul has no idea what he’s talking about”- Wrestling fans brutally troll Paul Heyman over his controversial opinion of Bloodline member
Having closely worked with Solo Sikoa over the last year or so, Paul Heyman knows what it took for the former to fill in Roman Reigns' shoes.

Paul Heyman is often hailed by pro wrestling pundits as the single most dynamic brain of the industry. His wisdom has catapulted a ton of wrestlers into superstardom, with Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns being the prime examples of it. Not that long ago, the WWE Hall of Famer was a guest on Shakiel Mahjouri‘s SHAK Wrestling.
The host asked Heyman to give his thoughts on Solo Sikoa and if he’s been completely overshadowed by the presence of a man whom Sikoa once brought in as his enforcer—Jacob Fatu. The Wiseman went on to give the former Tribal Chief his flowers for carrying the Bloodline saga on his shoulders after WrestleMania XL. It was a time when Reigns had just lost his Undisputed WWE title to Cody Rhodes.

“I think Solo Sikoa was the single most improved performer in WWE from Mania 40 through this week right now.”
“He is perhaps, in a 1 year span, the most improved performer over a 1 year span ever.”

From being a stoic mute to holding his own on the microphone against anyone was never going to be easy for Sikoa, but he pulled it off, affirmed Heyman. The latter didn’t mince words and even claimed that The Street Champion was WWE’s most improved performer in that one-year phase. It wasn’t until June when Jacob Fatu made his thunderous debut and took everyone by storm.
Sikoa’s arc of being the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief came to a halt when he lost the battle of Ula Fala to The OTC on Raw’s Netflix debut. Reigns regained hold of that revered Samoan garland, which was bestowed on him by his cousin, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Since that point on, Sikoa has been playing second fiddle to Fatu.
Fans troll Paul Heyman over his Solo Sikoa assessment
Solo Sikoa’s backing by Paul Heyman doesn’t seem to have sat well with a ton of wrestling fans. The following replies to The Mad Genius’ assessment of the 33-year-old are as brutal as they come. One user joked that the most improved part about Sikoa is that he finally learned how to blink on camera. Another fan called out the former WCW executive for burying Braun Strowman on Pat McAfee‘s show just before WrestleMania 41.

That being said, they can’t think of Heyman the same way as before. Others listed their reasons for Sikoa’s constant disconnect with the main roster crowds. A comment saw a fan being critical of the Anoa’i clan member lacking conviction when he speaks on the mic. While a fan did say that Sikoa has improved, it’s nowhere near Heyman’s rhetoric.
Paul has no idea what he’s talking about cause Solo sucks

mind you this is the same guy who said braun strawman suck and that's why he was left of wm card.

Look, Solo is good but Paul burying Strowman then praising Solo when his character work is just being second fiddle to Jacob Fatu is lowkey dirty of Heyman.

Most improved? Yeah, he finally learned how to blink on camera…

I can't think about Paul the same way after that Braun comment

idk why but i never vibed with solo… his expressions always feel the same. looks cold when he’s quiet, but the moment he talks, it just doesn’t hit. gotta work on that character fr

that’s a little bit of a reach.
— TrashManDan (@thetrashman87) May 5, 2025
he’s improved a lot, but overshadowed since fatu’s debut.
— Tre (@HeII_Froze_Over) May 5, 2025
Most improved? Lol. How many talents did WWE give a platform like they did with Solo to showcase what they can do? This is bias.
— ELYON (@elyontheheel) May 5, 2025
Moreover, several also reaffirmed that no matter how anyone from WWE keeps denying it, Jacob Fatu, for sure, has outperformed his former idol in that ring. Some within the company had predicted it before The Samoan Werewolf’s debut. A fan also said the number of opportunities Sikoa got was pure bias, and WWE never allowed anyone else to have the same spotlight as him to showcase their talent.
When will Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu break up?
Shortly after Solo Sikoa lost control of the Ula Fala, his own henchmen, Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, started growing apart from him. In fact, at one point, it was rumored that Sikoa and Fatu would break up as a team to potentially have a match at WrestleMania 41.

Despite numerous teases, it never happened. The Samoan Werewolf segued into the US title scene and eventually won the gold at The Grandest Stage of Them All. Last week on SmackDown, GM Nick Aldis subtly broke it to the erstwhile Tribal Heir that he was the one screwing things up for Fatu.

The eventual feud is coming near you pic.twitter.com/U5bHbuZ8LI
Aldis said so after Sikoa inadvertently dug a hole for The Samoan Werewolf by getting Drew McIntyre added to his first US title defense at Backlash to make it a Fatal 4-Way match, also including LA Knight and Damian Priest. The cracks between Sikoa and Fatu are evident. It only seems a matter of time before they turn on each other.
