WWE NXT Champion Finn Balor hopes to see “The Man” Becky Lynch return to WWE in-ring competition in the near future. Becky Lynch has been off WWE TV for around a year now. She gave birth to her first child, Roux, with Seth Rollins in December 2020.
Currently, it still remains unclear that when she will be making her WWE return. The Prince, Balor, recently mentioned that he will be very excited to see the former WWE Women’s Champion compete again.
“I think she has exceeded everybody’s expectations in what she has done, and how she has performed over the last couple of years. I’m very excited to see her back, hopefully soon…So, I think it’s a great time for returns in this business, so hopefully there’ll be a surprise return of Becky Lynch and we can all celebrate together.”
Finn Balor was in conversation with WWE Now India, when he clarified that Lynch used to train at his wrestling school in Ireland, as a 15-year old. But he does not want to take credit for her success.
Speculation on Becky Lynch’s return
Becky Lynch recently teased her return during the 2021 WWE Royal Rumble. She posted a picture of a curtain in WWE’s backstage area. But she later clarified that it was a joke.
Lynch’s fiancé, Seth Rollins mentioned in June 2020 that he expected Becky to return to in-ring action someday. But he was unsure whether Lynch’s mind would change after giving birth.
Becky Lynch’s appearance has not been advertised for the two-night Wrestlemania 37. However unlikely, we could expect WWE to have a surprise in store for us!
