The intriguing saga between Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan continued to unfold on this week’s Raw. First, the Women’s World Champion enticed Dom by handing her hotel room key backstage. However, the latter denied the offer and kept the card on the table in The Judgment Day’s den. Later in the show, fans spotted Finn Balor secretly stealing it while the faction met ahead of the main event. 

Following the shocking turn of events, The Demon has sent a message on his X account. Balor playfully worded the use of the wrestling term ‘kayfabe’, cryptically posting a message referring to being caught red-handed. Throughout the night, the key to Morgan’s room became the major talking point for the faction backstage.

After disappearing earlier, it appeared in Mysterio’s pocket again. However, the third-generation star pleaded that he knew nothing about it. As the faction bumped their fists, Finn Balor took advantage of the opportunity by placing the card in his pocket. As such, he seemingly confirmed that he was behind the shenanigans that occurred on the episode.

This came as a surprise to many, as the former Universal Champion was the one ‘blocking’ his teammate from Liv Morgan last week. The latter continued to make advances on “Dirty” Dom on the latest episode by posing on top of him in an NSFW position. On the other hand, it’ll be interesting to see how Balor explains his actions to the rest of The Judgment Day members.

Finn Balor faced major loss in high-stakes match on Raw

The aforementioned segment took place moments before the main event. Finn Balor took on Drew McIntyre in a high-stakes bout. Despite interference from The Judgment Day, the Scot hit his opponent with a Claymore to gain a massive advantage for his match against Damian Priest at Clash at the Castle.

The World Heavyweight title bout will take place with the notorious faction banned from ringside. Evidently, it wasn’t a night to remember for the group, as they also faced a loss in six-man tag team action earlier in the night. In addition to that, Liv Morgan’s actions continue to hurt their solidarity.

Although the stipulation suggests otherwise, it wouldn’t be surprising to see some outside interference on Saturday. After all, it seems that WWE is hinting toward an impending breakup of The Judgment Day, with Finn Balor looking to oust Priest.
