UEFA Champions League Final: Manchester City vs Chelsea OFFICIAL Lineups released

The biggest match of the season, the Champions League final is all set to get underway in an hour between Manchester City and Chelsea. The titular clash will see Manchester City play in their maiden final appearance at the biggest stage of Europe while Chelsea have made it to this stage after 9 years.
