ISL: Chennaiyin FC Signs defender Salam Ranjan Singh from ATK Mohun Bagan

Indian Super League is also going busy with the transfer market as Chennaiyin FC reportedly reaches an agreement with ATK Mohun Bagan for the transfer of the 25 year old defender Salam Ranjan Singh. Chennaiyin FC have been looking to revamp their team with a new manager and Ranjan Singh is expected to be an important player.
Salam Ranjan Singh Transfer Situation
Salam Ranjan Singh has played in Bengaluru FC, Pune FC, Northeast United FC and had joined ATK Mohun Bagan on 2019 from East Bengal. During his time for the Mariners he had spend most of his time in the bench and hadn’t got much time to play. He has also been part of the Indian National side.
With his new club he would be looking forward to having some more game time to showcase his potential.
Chennayin FC had finished 8th last season with their manager Csaba Laszlo and this season they look to improve their game and position significantly which is why they have taken the decision of appointing a new manager and also new and potential Indian players to strengthen their squad.
Ranjan Singh has been offered a multi year contract by the Chennai club and he has been the second signing after Narayan Das. Chennayin FC has also been looking in the contracts of other players as well for their squad.
