As the Top leagues around Europe have finished their league season, the focus now shifts onto the European finals coming up this week. Manchester United take on Spanish side Villarreal in the Europa League finals in Polish city, Gdansk on Thursday in the Europa League final.
Man United will play in a European cup final after 3 years while Villarreal make their maiden appearance in Europe’s 2nd elite competition finals. United will go into the finals as the favourites but expect a very tough fight from Unai Emery’s side Villarreal.

The Spanish side will also be buoyed by the fact that they can qualify for the Champions League next season by winning the final. Their manager surely knows how to get things done at a big stage. Unai Emery is the only manager to have won the Europa League for 3 consecutive times during his time at Sevilla from 2013-16.
