The final decision has been made by Kylian Mbappe and his team. After a prolonged saga of negotiations and rumors, the 23-year-old Frenchman has stayed put and will continue to ply his trade for PSG.

The World Cup winner has decided to extend his contract and stay at Paris Saint Germain. Trustworthy sports journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Kylian will stay at the French capital. Mbappe’s decision has been communicated to Real Madrid president Fiorentino Perez.

The Mbappe saga finally comes to an end:

Mbappe has been linked with Real Madrid since his Monaco days. The Frenchman had spoken publicly about his desire to play for Real Madrid earlier.

The closest Madrid came to signing Mbappé was last summer when they offered €200 million to PSG. Despite the steep offer PSG chose to decline Madrid‘s offer and keep Mbappe, on his last year of the contract, at PSG till his contract expired.
