All you need to know about Mino Raiola and the rumors around his death

In the recent news reports, it was posted that Mino Raiola has left the world and would, therefore, rest in peace through various posts. It was a piece of shocking news to the football world after the news came out that the football super-agent Mino Raiola is no more. He is the agent of footballers like Paul Pogba, Erling Haaland, and Zlatan Ibrahimovich. After the news went viral, every social media had posts paying last tribute to him unless his actual conditions came out.

However, after a few hours, a twist came all over the internet as Mino Raiola’s Twitter account had a new post about his condition. In the post, it was clear that though he is critically ill, he is still alive. Raiola had posted some months back that he has undergone treatments and had anesthesia but his situation was under control. 

The Italy-born Dutch national, one of football’s most powerful and high-earning agents, tweeted, “Current health status for the ones wondering: pissed off second time in 4 months they kill me. Seem also able to resuscitate [sic].”

Interestingly, Raiola’s doctor at the San Raffaele Hospital has received numerous phone calls from pseudo-journalists and was asked about his health and spread rumors about his death.

“I’m outraged by the phone calls from pseudo-journalists speculating on the life of a man who is fighting to survive,” Zangrillo told the media.

The Italy-born and brought up in the Netherlands, Mino Raiola currently manages players like Paul Pogba, Erling Haaland, and Zlatan Ibrahimovich. He started his career as an agent in the world of football when the Dutch player Bryan Roy moved from Foggia to Ajax and as an interpreter in Dennis Bergkamp’s move from Amsterdam club to Internazionale. 

He is involved in Paul Pogba’s move from Manchester United and also Haaland’s transfer to Manchester City is still pending and would stay postponed unless he recovers.
