Arsenal have started their Premier League season in high spirits as they march past unbeaten. With two draws and five wins, they sit a point behind Manchester City in the third spot with 17 points.

Key players like Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus, Declan Rice, and Oleksandr Zinchenko are set to return to full fitness for the club. This has caused the club’s fans excitement as they hope to defeat City again this season after their Community Shield Triumph.

However, the story is different for Manchester City. They struggle for form without talisman Rodrigo Hernandez and Kevin De Bruyne. Even Bernardo Silva and John Stones have not returned to the first team. This caused doubts over their skill to beat last season’s runner-up.

Manchester City have lost back-to-back matches against Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup and Wolves in the Premier League. This comes after Rodri’s injury, which has showcased a massive gap in the Treble Winners’ midfield.

Nonetheless, they still sit on top of the Premier League and have repeatedly schooled Arsenal on their own turf. Hence, the fixture on the 8th of October just riles up the rivalry between the two sides even more.

Manchester City upset against Wolves as Hwang Hee-Chan scores

Pep Guardiola commended Wolves’ quality in their attack in Pedro Neto and ‘The Korean Guy’ in his pre-match press conference. This tag did not go well with the Asian player. He ended up having the last laugh as he scored to guide his team to victory against the best team in the world.

The victory would surely be one of the biggest highlights of Wolves’ season as it came at Molineux. The Cityzens succumbed to a first-half own goal by Ruben Dias. However, the equalizer came through a world-class free-kick by Julian Alvares but was eventually canceled out by the Wolves’ never-ending attack.

Hwang Hee-Chan made the headlines. He will surely be on the radars of many Premier League managers for a more significant move ahead in his career. Manchester City will be looking to regain their momentum as they play the Champions League next and have a crucial fixture against Arsenal in the Premier League.
