Chelsea presents formal bid of €15 million for Pierre-Emerick-Aubameyang to Barcelona in exchange for Marcos Alonso: Reports

According to reports, Chelsea recently submitted an official bid of €15 million plus Marco Alonso for Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick-Aubameyang.

Barcelona has kept the striker on the bench for too long now, rusting the abilities of the striker to play in every match possible. On the other hand, after the transfer of Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea has been desperate as their league-winning hopes now depend on the forward.

Aubameyang might just be the one. In a while, Chelsea has successfully greased the transfer of Raheem Sterling from Manchester City to their own good reviving the wing of the team.

A striker with such potential might just be the one missing piece to solving the puzzle. Since then they have been lacking in terms of the premier league standings which looks bad for them as they want to be the top contenders for the silverware.

Even with players with potential at the back, Barcelona is lacking to defend the goals that are netted against them. As Barcelona moves forward, a swipe like this with getting Marcus Alonso at their end, things might turn out well for the Spanish giants. The need for Aubameyang would be exceedingly fulfilled by the Polish striker, Robert Lewandowski.
