According to The Times, the 37-year-old feels he has ‘three or four years’ remaining at the greatest level, which is what motivated him to make the choice to continue playing in the Champions League.

The Athletic claims that when Boehly visited Jorge Mendes in Portugal, they discussed a possible surprise transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo to Stamford Bridge this summer. Mendes also reportedly offered the 37-year-old to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
