David Beckham has revealed that his wife, and Vocalist of the British pop group ‘Spice Girls’, Victoria Beckham does not enjoy much variety in her food. According to the former footballer, his wife has eaten the same food for over 25 years!
The duo began dating in 1997 when David met ‘Posh Spice’ at a Manchester United game. They fell in love in the Player’s Lounge. Victoria Beckham shared that they used to meet in car parks to be discreet. After two years of dating, David and Victoria got married in 1999, going strong now for over 20 years.
However, Victoria Beckham‘s diet hasn’t changed for 25 years. David Beckham told the River 4 Cafe Podcast, “I love sharing good food and wine, but my wife sticks to the same food.”
“Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, and steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that,” the ex-England legend said. Victoria has since then responded to her husband’s confession about her food habits. “No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone who is more disciplined with the way that they eat,” she replied.
World Famous Chef, Gordan Ramsay gave us a deeper insight into Victoria Beckham’s food habits. “She asked for the smoked trout salad and asked for it plain with the dressing on the side.”
The Beckhams may not see eye to eye about their food habits. But after 20+ years of marriage, food choices don’t stop them from trying exquisite cuisines together. David and Victoria Beckham were photographed at the Japanese restaurant, Gekko, along with Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets’ family introducing the two new Inter Miami signings to luxury cuisine.
