Manchester United boss, Erik ten Hag has finally confirmed the return of Antony ahead of the Champions League clash against Galatasaray. The game is scheduled to be held on 3rd October, Tuesday. The Brazilian winger has been absent from the squad for a while because of the multiple accusations of abuse and assault against him. 

Antony was also not included in the last Premier League game’s squad when Manchester United faced defeat against Crystal Palace. However, Erik ten Hag‘s latest statements confirmed the presence of the Brazilian winger in the squad. However, it is yet to be seen how the fanbase took his return after all the accusations.

The allegations of abuse and s*xual assault made against him by his ex-girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallin, were made against him. The temporary situation cast doubt on Antony’s future at the Old Trafford.
