While many players, former players, coaches, and pundits, blame the Portuguese for his attitude, an ex-coach believes he’s “humble and down to earth”.

The ex-Real Madrid coach Jose Morais believes the Portuguese legend needs a ‘special coach’, in a swipe at Eric Ten Hag the ex-Real Madrid man believes Cristiano to still be one of the world’s best players, and he simply needs a special coach to take care of his needs.

The damning assessment of his own club by the Manchester United star was regularly criticized, and speculations are that the player won’t play for the club anymore now. According to multiple sources, the coach has expressed his wish to the club authorities that the player must not play for the club again.

“I’m just saying that you have to be a special coach to train special players. Being a special coach implies knowing how to deal with situations like the one that is happening.” said the former coach defending the United star and hitting out at Eric Ten Hag for not being up to the mark.
