WATCH: “Son of a b*tch; Should fire Messi”- Fans gather outside PSG headquarters chanting slogans against Lionel Messi
Fans of the club have seemingly had enough.

Paris Saint-Germain ultras gathered outside the club’s headquarters in protest of the club’s officials and its players – including Lionel Messi. Chants could be heard for almost an hour, with the imminent departure of Messi proving to be the final straw for many.
The leader of the chant shouted, “We are fed up with these mercenaries. We should fire Messi.” The crowd chanted loudly in approval. The fans called in favour of club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi’s departure.
Fans also chanted “Neymar get lost, Neymar get lost, Neymar, Neymar, Neymar get lost”, and “Messi, son of a b**ch” in French and Spanish outside the club headquarters.
Meanwhile, reports suggest Lionel Messi is undoubtedly leaving Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent this summer. Sources say Jorge Messi communicated the decision to PSG a month ago. While rumours of a contract extension persisted, the current state of affairs makes that seem almost impossible.

Lionel Messi – the end of an era?’

Messi’s departure from Paris Saint-Germain could signal an end to his tenure in Europe, with Al-Hilal and Inter Miami CF throwing serious money at the Argentine. Lionel is reportedly considering the offers, which could mean an end to a glorious fifteen years at the pinnacle of world football.
Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal previously made a stunning €400-million-a-year offer for Messi to join the same league as Cristiano Ronaldo. Messi, already a Saudi tourism ambassador, isn’t the only high-profile veteran star targeted by the pro league. According to recent reports, they are again readying a massive deal for the Argentine star.
Spanish giants and Messi’s former club FC Barcelona has emerged as a potential destination. However, with their ongoing monetary difficulties, a return to Catalonia seems unlikely. He departed Barcelona as the club’s precarious financial status prevented them from renewing his contract. Messi had an unsuccessful first season in the French capital, scoring 11 goals in 34 games, but has improved in his second season, scoring 20 goals in 37 games. However, in both of his seasons at the club, he and PSG failed to advance beyond the Round of 16.
