“Biggest embarrassment of a club; Absolute misery”- Fans slam Tottenham after PL loss against Wolves
Tottenham recieved major backlash from fans after losing to Wolves

Tottenham Hotspur lose to Wolves
Tottenham Hotspur lost 1-0 to an 82nd-minute Adama Traore goal at the Molineux stadium on Saturday. It is yet another disappointing loss for Spurs, who remain in the Champions League spots but have played 2 more games than Newcastle United and Liverpool, who are 4 and 6 points behind them respectively. Liverpool plays one of their games in hand tomorrow, facing Manchester United at Anfield.
Fans were extremely disappointed with the result, calling it arrogant, embarrassing, and boring. It was yet another frustrating day for them after their shock result in the FA Cup, losing 1-0 to Sheffield United.
Wolves move up to 13th place with this win, and are now 6 points clear of the relegation zone. However, just like Spurs, they have 1 or 2 games in hand against all the teams below them, which means they cannot afford to relax yet. Both clubs will play a role in deciding each other’s fate next week, with Wolves facing top 4 contenders Newcastle, while Tottenham face Nottingham Forest who are battling relegation.

Is Tottenham’s Harry Kane Manchester United bound?

Reports suggest Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is a big admirer of the player, although he prefers pace and dynamism in his attack. It has been reported that he will be willing to adapt to a player of Kane’s quality.
Manchester United won silverware for the first time since 2017 when they lifted in the Carabao Cup at Wembley stadium. Goals from Casemiro and Marcus Rashford – which was credited to him only a few hours after the game due to a heavy deflection from Sven Botman en route – settled the game as Erik ten Hag and his players ticked off the first challenge in what would be an unprecedented quadruple.
Meanwhile, Harry Kane has not won a single trophy in his career so far for England or Tottenham Hotspur. He has been the centre of Tottenham-related transfer controversy for years now. He wanted to leave for Manchester City in the summer of 2021, but Tottenham owner Daniel Levy was stubborn. This meant that Manchester City went and signed Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish instead. Kane has a better chance this time around though, with his bargaining power higher due to the expiry of his contract next summer.
Given Tottenham’s recent struggles, a Champions League spot for the Red Devils and Tottenham dropping out of the top 4 could mean that the lure of Europe’s biggest competition proves too much to resist for the Englishman.
