Arsenal ended their title dreams in grief as they lost 1-0 against Nottingham Forest on Saturday at City Ground. Although this season was running well for Mikel Arteta and his boys. But it seems they lost their way in the end. With this loss, Manchester city are now ahead of the Gunners with four points and three games in hand.

It was a frantic and physical start of the match. Both teams appeared to be caught up in the raucous atmosphere. The loud and cheerful home fans were rewarded for their efforts inside the first 20 minutes. It was Taiwo Awoniyi fired Forest into the lead on the break.

Although for the rest or the match, Gunners pushed to equalize and salvage their Premier League title hopes. But the Forest rearguard held strong in the face of Arsenal pressure.

Perhaps try and get the ball in the box rather than pass it to damn death! They don’t look like they could score even if Forest weren’t on the pitch”. And a third fan wrote, “Might aswell forfeit the last game. The team is already in ‘ holiday mode ‘ “.
