The organization of FIFA has reportedly asked its players and all 32 teams to ‘focus on football‘ now. The FIFA World Cup starting in Qatar on 20th November has been surrounded by controversy all over. The country has been questioned for its laws against same-sex relations, its treatment of migrant workers, and so on.
Many Football pundits have called upon the organization’s wish to conduct the World Cup in Qatar as ‘shameful’. Meanwhile, peaceful protests have been planned by some players on some personal levels. England’s Harry Kane and nine other captains of European teams will be wearing the ‘One Love‘ armbands.
Denmark will wear ‘toned down’ shirts for their world cup campaigns, many actions including France’s decision to not screen the world cup matches in public places, despite them being the defending champions. Even Australia has asked in a video sent to Qatar to abolish their laws for same-sex relationships.
Some of the other nations have some sort of inner situational laws and remands that they enforce on their people regardless of what’s going on in the rest of the world, and are being heavily criticized on a daily basis, while some refrain to comment on the situation concerning some obvious repercussions.
The approaching FIFA World Cup and its charms
The FIFA World Cup 2022, is approaching soon and the whole world has its eyes and heart on this year’s campaign, as it is going to be the last or retiring world Cup for many, such as the GOATs Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, Sergio Ramos, Neymar, Suarez, Modric, Kroos and many other greats as well.
The international boardings have been graced on their national grounds for training, this year’s Jersey reveal has been great for the players and the team, chilling photos are coming up from the field. Players are in full passion and zeal to win the World Cup, which is still a dream for many.
