While it’s no surprise his name symbolizes his stature, Hulk has always been a powerful footballer who scares defenders and keepers. Recently, he scored an unsavable free kick for Clube Atlético Mineiro in a game against Sao Paolo, leaving the entire stadium in shock. Hulk’s left foot has been a deadly weapon for the team, and they are lucky to use his talents.
Hulk sets up the ball almost halfway, where many might even dream of taking a shot. While approaching the ball, he takes up a fast run-up, which helps him give more power to his shots, where the ball almost stops in the air. The game was played in the Brazilian Serie A Round of 16, and Hulk scored in the fourth minute of the game.

Hulk’s talents have been missed in Europe ever since he left FC Porto, and then St. Petersburg. He has amassed a value of over 100 million euros in transfer fees, which certainly proves his talents and over-the-top performances.

Givanildo Vieira de Sousa (born July 25, 1986), known as Hulk, has had a preposterous career throughout his time as a professional. He has enjoyed a career full of momentous occasions over the years. After Japan, he completed a move to Porto, where he purchased 50% of his playing rights for around 5.5 million euros. He then completed a move for over 60 million Zenit St. Petersburg. Hulk had a great stint with the club, scoring in just his second league game for the club. Russia saw him express his talents, after which the Brazilian star took them to China and eventually Atletico Miniero.
With almost 27 goal involvements in 2023, Hulk is certainly still a veteran of the game. The legendary striker might hang up the boots in the seasons to come, but a return to European football would definitely capture the attention of fans worldwide.
