Shakira has been thriving since her split from her ex, Gerrard Pique. The Colombian singer has now created history. She has the top three spots on Billboard’s Latin Pop Airplay chart in a single week.

The singer-songwriter’s “Tángueate” with Karol G, “Acróstico,” and “CopaVacía” all placed in the top three of the chart on July 29th, 2023. “Tángueate” has been at the top of the chart for ten weeks, and it is the second most listened-to song on Latin Billboard this year. “Acróstico” rose to the number two spot this week. Meanwhile, “Copa Vacía” debuted in the top three at number three.

Shakira’s success is even more extraordinary because she is the first artist to accomplish this in nearly three decades. Also, she is the only artist to have three songs in the top 10 of the chart this week. This infers that singer is committed to her profession and has achieved success.

Shakira’s achievement is a significant milestone in her career and will only add to her already impressive legacy. Shakira also seems to be moving on with her personal life.

Gerrard Pique gets uncomfortable as Shakira’s name is mentioned in a stream involving him

Gerrard Pique was not impressed at the mention of her ex, Shakira. The duo was seen irritated recently as Pique’s streamer friend brought Shakira up. Pique and Shakira split up after Pique’s infidelity with the Colombian singer.

Shakira was mentioned unexpectedly by Piqué’s friend Iba Llanos after King’s League stream aired on Wednesday, July 26. The two discussed the sanctions facing the King’s League. Ibay then suddenly mentioned Shakira. He explained that Shakira followed him on TikTok, which seemed odd considering Shakira only followed a few people. The remark drew laughter from everyone present except Pique, who said, “Sanctions have nothing to do with the issues you raised.”

Pique replied that they should not be distracted and should focus on the subject matter. Lanos tried to defuse the situation, saying he wanted to lighten the mood. He deflected by saying he was trying to make everyone to be happy, even if they were sanctioned.
