A 4-0 win at Signal Iduna Park for Bayern Munich saw their £100 Million signing, Harry Kane bag a hattrick for the Bavarians. This also means that Harry Kane broke the all-time record for most goals in a player’s first 10 Bundesliga appearances with 15 goals.

Harry Kane’s hattrick also means that he is now the top scorer in the Bundesliga, surpassing VfB Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy who is currently on 14 goals in eight games. His goals also bring his season tally to 17 with the two extra goals coming in the UEFA Champions League against Manchester United and Turkish side, Galatasaray. With Robert Lewandowski currently holding the Bundesliga record for most goals in a season with 41, many have claimed that Harry Kane, at this trajectory, has a real opportunity at breaking this record.

For now, the England International focuses on winning his first-ever title as this win maintains their 2nd place spot in the Bundesliga, currently trailing Xabi Alonso’s Bayer 04 Leverkusen who are ahead by two points.

Fans on ‘X’ were quick to react to Harry Kane’s hattrick against Borussia Dortmund with a vast majority of them applauding the player for his performance on the night. Harry Kane himself described Bayern’s win as a ‘Special Night’ additionally stating:

We started the game really strong and the second half we knew the chances would be there on the counter-attack.
