Reports suggest that Lionel Messi could be on for a return to FC Barcelona. One of the ways Barcelona can afford to sign Messi is by offering him €200,000/year salary but then playing a tribute match — raising around €100M, all of which goes to Messi.

PSG have been knocked out in the Champions League Round of 16 four times in the last six years. They lost to Bayern Munich, who were superior to the Parisians in both legs. The loss against Bayern, according to reports from France, will provoke a revolution at PSG. The first to fall could be Galtier, and in terms of the squad, the closest to leaving is Leo Messi.

Reports suggest that Lionel Messi will not take long to announce his decision. The Argentinian, whose contract ends on 30 June, wanted to wait and see what happened in the Champions League. Messi does not want to retire without winning the Champions League again, but this has been challenging with PSG. Additionally, he would prefer to leave due to the lack of assurances regarding Mbappe and Neymar’s situations at the club. Sources say the situation is reminiscent of his last few years in Barcelona.

Lionel Messi has a significant offer from Inter Miami, although Messi knows that going to the United States would be the end of his career at the top level. Therefore, Messi is seriously considering returning to Barca for one last dance.

Barcelona was successful in selling out Wednesday’s latest El Classico. On March 19, Camp Nou will be packed to the gills as Barcelona and Real Madrid engage in one of Europe’s fiercest rivalries. But Barcelona has officially said through its ticket ordering website that no Real Madrid fans can enter the stadium for the La Liga game. The general public’s tickets went on sale in the morning, and the portal indicated that all tickets were “sold out” after just 10 minutes.

The portal also sent a notification stating, “Purchase for Real Madrid fans is not allowed. Access will be denied for fans wearing Real Madrid’s clothing or emblems.” This meant that Carlo Ancelotti’s team will not have any away support during the game. Barcelona also did this earlier in the year when the Barcelona Femini played Real Madrid Women.

Some fans may be able to get tickets later in the week when some season ticket holders mark themselves unavailable to attend. Regardless, Real Madrid supporters cannot enter the stadium to support their team.
