Shakira is currently living in Miami in the United States with her children Sasha and Milan. The Colombian singer shifted to Miami after she parted ways with his ex-husband Gerard Pique because of his affair with Carla Chia. But now as per reports Pique could take his children back to Barcelona and this could cause a problem for the Colombian singer.

As per recent reports, Gerard Pique visited Miami to meet his children and both the children were happy to spend some time with their father. But his meeting of father and children could cause a problem for Shakira. As Pique wants to take the children back to Barcelona for a season once their school is over.

Now according to the reports, the lawyer of Shakira and Pique are negotiating on this issue of taking the children back to Barcelona for a season. Shakira when in Barcelona with a strong statement told, “Please refrain from following them to the exit or entrance of the school, waiting for them at the door of our house, or chasing them to their extracurricular activities, and playful to obtain photographic captures or better ratings.” The Colombian singer doesn’t want this to happen because her children have faced a lot of pressure from media outlets and the paparazzi.

Shakira in her latest music video featured her two children Milan and Sasha. And as per a famous journalist Antonio Rossi, the former Barcelona player wouldn’t have liked the intervention of their children in the video.

But Pique also if he didn’t like this action of her ex-wife could not take any legal actions against her as she is living in Miami. The laws are very different in Miami and Barcelona. If Shakira made this video while living in Barcelona then Pique could have taken legal action against her.

But because she has made the music video while living in Miami the former Barcelona player can’t do anything. Antonio Rossi stated, “Pique is not going to take legal action against her, firstly because the context is in the United States and it is not the same as here. He does not want to start a legal dispute against the mother of his children.”
