Hwang Ui-jo, the 31-year-old South Korean International on loan with Championship club Norwich City has been ‘suspended’ from the National team. It is understood that the player filmed an illegal s*x tape with his ex-girlfriend, Hyomin without her consent. The player has denied any involvement in the same. However, the couple broke up following the incident, adding to the controversy.

Regrettable circumstances have led to the player’s suspension, as the South Korean Football team recently released a statement.

The player will not be selected until a clear conclusion is reached on the facts.

There has been no official comment from Norwich City or Nottingham Forest, where he is on loan from. However, it is understood that the clubs are closely monitoring his situation.
