Lionel Messi reveals how he can follow the Real Madrid legend’s footsteps following his retirement

The Argentine national Lionel Messi has announced that this will be his last FIFA World Cup for sure. Concerning the statement, much has been speculated in terms of what will be the future for the star, or what could be roles the Argentine would be performing in the near future.

Many people speculated that the player would be interested in coaching but the player has a straightforward yet twirled answer to that saying, “I’m not going to be a coach”, clarifying the doubts in everyone’s minds, yet said something afterward that created a lot of fuss.

The player mentioned the Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane as an example who said that he won’t be coaching after his retirement but eventually became a Champions League-winning coach, this hint from Messi was taken by everyone as an indication of potential coaching plans for the player.
