“Raul and Benzema have scored better goals,” Lionel Messi’s best friend takes dig at Cristiano Ronaldo over his best goals
The retired footballer prefers Benzema and Messi over Ronaldo.
Sergio Aguero was unimpressed with Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo’s goals for Real Madrid. He praised other players instead and said that Lionel Messi had a better goal catalogue. Social media creator and fellow Kings League team owner Ibai Llanos recently forced Sergio Aguero to watch the top 20 goals of Cristiano Ronaldo’s career.
The former Manchester City striker said, “Raul & Benzema have scored better goals than Cristiano for Real Madrid.” He also went on to praise his friend and former teammate, Lionel Messi. “Ronaldo’s goals are free kicks and lucky ones… Messi’s are always golazos.”
Sergio Aguero knows a thing or two about scoring goals, having put the ball in the net 260 times for Manchester City. The Argentine is one of the most successful strikers in the club’s and the league’s history, winning five Premier Leagues and seven domestic trophies during his time in England. However, he led the Premier League’s seasonal scoring charts only once in ten years.

When will Cristiano Ronaldo play next?
Cristiano Ronaldo will return to the Saudi Pro League with Al-Nassr on April 4, when Rudi Garcia’s team travels to Al-Adalah in an away Saudi Pro League (SPL) match. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner will take the field for the first time since the recently concluded international break.
Ronaldo demonstrated his international prowess again during the recent UEFA Euro 2024 qualifying games. He scored a hat trick against both Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. The 38-year-old has also been in good form for Al-Nassr. Ronaldo has scored nine goals and provided two assists in 10 appearances for the Saudi Arabian club since joining as a free agent.
He was also awarded Saudi Pro League Player of the Month in February. Ronaldo had a poker, a hat trick, and a couple of assists during the month. The superstar forward appeared to be in good spirits ahead of the match against Al-Adalah, as he shared several photos with his teammates while planning for the game. Al-Nassr is second in the SPL table with 49 points from 21 games, one point behind league leaders Al-Ittihad.
