Shakira’s latest track, BZRP Music Sessions #53, in collaboration with Bizarrap, has set social media on fire. The song has lyrics aimed at her ex-partner Gerard Pique and his rumored girlfriend, Clara Chia. In the latest, Antonela Roccuzzo, Lionel Messi’s wife, also commented on Shakira’s post. The Argentine reacted with fire emojis in the comment section as Shakira announced when the song would be released.
Shakira’s name has been trending on Twitter since her latest track was released as Twitteratis could not believe what she did. She called herself a Rolex compared to Pique’s current girlfriend, who called her a Casio watch.
“I’m worth two 22’s. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio,” Shakira said in the song, originally sung in Spanish, according to the Goal website. “A wolf like me isn’t for guys like you/For guys like you/I’m too good for you and that’s why you’re with someone just like you,” she reportedly said. “You left me with my mother-in-law as my neighbour, the media at my door and in debt with the treasury.”
Fans don’t know what Leo Messi’s stand is after the Pique and Shakira breakup, but we know whose side his wife Antonela is on. Shakira, however, has just proved that she knows how to make the most of any situation and is strong.
Lionel Messi to play for Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal: Reports
Cristiano Ronaldo recently signed a mammoth contract with Al Nassr, estimated to be worth more than 200 million euros. The 37-year-old terminated his Manchester United contract on mutual consent following his controversial interview with Piers Morgan.
This resulted in Champions League encounters between Ronaldo and his arch-rival Lionel Messi to end. Messi, who is currently with PSG, is reportedly linked to having been receiving an offer from Al-Hilal. Interestingly, Al-Hilal is the arch-rival of Ronaldo’s current club Al-Nassr.
Portuguese football expert Pedro Sepulveda says Ronaldo’s move to Al Nassr is “the price of forcing his exit from Manchester United”. The expert thinks the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has tainted his legacy.
“This is the price of forcing his exit from Manchester United. This is the price of being on the bench for the Portugal national team in the World Cup knockout stage. When you look at a player like Cristiano Ronaldo, probably the best Portuguese player ever in the history of football, people didn’t think they would see him playing for a side like Al Nassr,” Sepulveda told Sky Sports News.
