In their opening match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Qatar, Saudi Arabia stunned the entire world by beating Argentina. The Middle Eastern team prevailed 2-1, taking first place in Group C.
Fans were undoubtedly surprised, but even that is an understatement. Saudi Arabian supporters went bonkers because they couldn’t believe the shocking result. Lionel Messi and Argentina supporters are wishing that their squad can duplicate the magic of Spain 2010 and take home the championship.

A YouTuber called AJ Shabeel puzzled the entire Twitter community when he uploaded a picture of a Saudi Arabian player on the field with the caption, “First game for my country and had Messi in my pocket.” It wasn’t him, and many were triggered and started backlashing him for being rude.

Several more fanboys heaped on Messi and his teammates after the final whistle, naming him a ‘choker’ and a ‘bottle merchant,’ while criticizing Argentina for not delivering on the international stage once again.
